VRC's must be easily adaptable for varied applications with regard to size and travel distances. Hidral prides itself on conforming our products to the many different environments where a VRC may be suitable when a freight elevator is not a valid option.

Our material lifts are designed with safety in mind, focusing not only on the end user, but the maintenance team as well. Safety features that set us apart from the competition are:

• Double set of chains for traction + double safety set of ropes with limit switches.
• Mechanical blocking device for safety in the pit during maintenance.
• New perimeter walls (or enclosures).
• HIDRAL doors with electrical interlock (Retractable cam not needed). Fire rated doors also available.
• C-UL508A controller with safety switches to prevent damages due to over load currents.
• Emergency Stop switch in the pit.
• Key switch on main hall station for authorized use only.
• Rupture valve/s and manual shut off valve/s included in standard package.
